Bio: Tracy Winter, Ph.D., PCC. Tracy Winter has been a certified professional coach since 2009 and an ADHD coach mentor and trainer since 2021. She is most passionate about coaching twice-exceptional adults and other neurodivergent folks. Personally, Tracy is highly gifted, an ADHDer, highly sensitive, and experiences characteristics of autism without a formal diagnosis.
Tracy is a co-founder of the Neurodiversity Coaching Academy. She also trains and mentors new coaches at the International ADHD Coach Training Center, facilitates leadership development for Tesla, coaches students via The Doerr Institute at Rice University, and is a team coach with Dixon Life Coaching, in addition to her own private practice. Tracy earned a PhD in Human Development and an MA in Human and Organization Systems from Fielding Graduate University. And she can jumprope tapdance.
